English Language Proficiency Requirement
All Phase 1: Real Estate as a Professional Career students must satisfy an English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) before being eligible to register for the exam.

The ELPR must be satisfied before you can register for an exam and if registration is your intention we strongly recommend that you consider satisfying the ELPR prior to course registration.
