The Professional Association of Managing Agents' Agency for Property Managers course is intended to provide a review of the meaning of Agency, and of the authority and duties of an agent. In addition, the course provides an opportunity to consider the various conflicts of interest that may occur in agency relationships, and reviews the duties and obligations imposed on a licensee by the Real Estate Services Act. The course is divided into four lessons, highlighting Agency and Agency Relationships, Fiduciary Relationships and Conflicts of Interest, the Legal Profession Act and the Real Estate Services Act, and Written Services Agreements and Real Estate Services Act Disclosures.
This course provides 6 credits for Real Estate Board PDP. Completion of this course will not satisfy your Real Estate Council Relicensing Education Program (REP) requirements.
