The integrity of the Examinations and the Examination process is very important and the Real Estate Division continually strives to maintain testing security and fairness for all students. We all have a responsibility to act in the public interest – and that means reporting misconduct whenever you become aware of it. If you have observed any improper or suspicious Examination-related conduct, please report it to the Real Estate Division using this form. Improper or suspicious conduct could include but is not limited to: recording, removing, disclosing, publishing and/or reproducing Examination materials; the use of prohibited electronic devices within an Examination; access to unauthorized Examination questions prior to the Examination; and misconduct by an Examination invigilator.
